Refund and Cancellation Policies
1. Refund Process
1.1 Refund Method: Refunds will exclusively be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
1.2 Non-Delivery: Refunds will be applicable if Gift2Games fails to deliver goods to the buyer's provided shipping address. For digital/virtual products, refunds will be granted if Gift2Games, for any reason, does not deliver the ordered product to the User's registered account.
1.3 Damaged or Non-Functional Goods: Gift2Games will provide a full refund of the item's value or exchange it for another product if the ordered item is damaged during transit or malfunctions. In the case of digital/virtual products, if the voucher code/pin has been used/redeemed before the purchase date, the user must provide confirmation from the publisher that the code/pin or license was redeemed before the delivery time.
1.4 Exclusions: Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not applicable to digital/virtual products. Additionally, please note that refunds for online orders made through our mobile application are not available.
2. Shipping Errors
1.5 Wrong Product Received: If a user receives an incorrect product due to a shipping error from Gift2Games, the correct product will be promptly delivered upon the return of the erroneous order. For digital products, the correct item will be delivered to the User's account within seventy-two (72) hours of lodging a complaint.
3. Redemption Assistance
1.6 Redemption Issues: If a User encounters difficulties redeeming a purchased e-Card or Voucher code/pin on the merchant's website or portal, direct contact with the merchant or publisher is advised. The publisher's contact details are available on the brand page of the Website.
1.7 Technical Issues: Gift2Games holds no responsibility for technical errors or redemption issues occurring on the merchant or publisher's website or portal.
4. Order Modification
1.8 Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
