Gift2Games.com is a service that offers a fun and convenient way to send personalized eGift Cards from popular stores, directly from your computer or smart-phone to your employees and customers living in the UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, India, UK, and soon expanding to US and Canada. The eGift Cards are sent by email or SMS.

How do I purchase an eGift Card?

Four simple steps:

  1. Simply log in to our Merchant Portal when provided with your credentials.

  2. Personalize your eGift Card with a greeting or message.

  3. Select the delivery method by email, SMS.

  4. Your balance will be deducted by the price of the card on our Merchant Portal.

What gifting solutions does Gift2Games.com offer?

We offer four types of gifting solutions:

  1. Personal Gifting: Send an eGift Card from popular stores to Employees and Customers for any occasion by email or SMS.

  2. Group Gifting: Easily add your email list on our Merchant Portal and we will provide you with the delivery status of every purchase.

  3. Corporate Gifting: Designed specifically for organizations that want to reward their employees with an eGift Card.

How will my eGift Card be delivered?

There are four ways to send an eGift Card. The preferred method for instant delivery is by email and SMS. Or, you can print at home and deliver the eGift Card yourself. Please note that we do not deliver the Gift Card by courier or postal service.

How long is the eGift Card valid for?

Typically, each eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The eGift Card validity is specified in the purple ‘Redemption Details’ box located on the eGift Card.

Can I personalize my eGift Card?

Absolutely, that’s the beauty of our service! We have a variety of greetings to choose from for any occasion, and you can include a personal message and photo or a video.

Payment

How can I pay for my orders?

Please feel free to contact our team to set up your account and provide you with our bank credentials. Once your payment is done. We will add the balance to the Merchant portal after your documents have been approved and you will be available to order the cards you want.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind on the purchase?

No, this is not an option as the stores do not support this policy.

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

Simply show the barcode on the eGift Card to the cashier from your smart-phone. Or, you can print the eGift Card and take it to the store.

The eGift Card can be redeemed at any merchant outlet as indicated on your eGift Card.
